Passwords are never stored in plain text. All passwords are securely hashed before being stored.

• Improve the application.

Guest Mode

Liftlyf provides a Guest Mode. Data created in Guest Mode is stored locally on your device until you choose to create an account or remove the application.

Account and workout data are securely stored on our servers. Communication between the application and the server occurs over HTTPS.

You may delete your account from within the application. Deleting your account permanently removes your account information from our servers.
